The next lecture in our SMAAA Lecture Series will be held Wednesday, August 9, 4PM.
We are honored to have as our speaker Ann Moxey, Founder of Fundación Parinaama, an international group of volunteer yoga instructors who offer their time and experience to young people serving in juvenile detention as well as to prisoners in many prisons throughout Mexico, Latin America and even the United States. Celebrating 20 years of service on the 4th of August this is a special opportunity to learn about the inspirational work being done by this group as well as the vision of its founder. Ann will excite you with her enthusiasm and delight you with the stories of the difference the work of Parinaama has made in the lives of many. Whether you practice yoga or just want to learn how one person can change the world for so many, we hope you will join us.
